20 cool baby costumes

We continue with our proposals of costumes for this carnival and considering that my daughter is barely 7 months old, because I had to look options that are comfortable, easy and suitable for babies. Taking into account that films influence a lot when choosing, I bring you some very proposals 'geek', so that your little one is the most original and modern of the party.

Star Wars costumes

My first option is the princess Leia and I couldn't have found a better costume than this one. The best thing is that it is very easy to do and it comes out great in price since it is a full-fledged DIY: you can improvise the outfit. When you wear the white clothes you have and step by step they explain it in detail in Repeat Crafter Me.

If yours is not the 'do it yourself', I have found that although I do not like it as much as the previous one, it saves us from complicating our lives a bit (it is from Costume Craze).

Following the Star Wars movie, we propose this R2D2 also very easy to do: just buy felt of different thicknesses and colors (blue, red, black and gray), cut the figures and then paste them on a body and a white cap.

I also found this one of Luke Skywalker, and although it seems easy, I think you have to be quite handy to make the cape, although the rest of the costume can be improvised with a beige body.

How are you a little Jedi? For this you just have to look for a brown lullaby and the famous laser sword (which is very easy to find in any toy store).

If yours is the crochet and you like them Yoda, Spock or Ewok, you have it super easy. For the first one I found the pattern on Etsy. As with Leia's outfit, you can improvise a bit with what you have at home, since the undisputed protagonist will be the hat.

You also have the option to buy it (again, in Costume Craze).

Super Hero Costumes

Superheroes also usually have an important position within the preferences of parents when choosing a costume, so I have chosen this one of Batman because it does not have many complications either: you only need a body with the famous figure of the bat (H&M has one this season), and make the cloak and mask with black cloth. An easy and resultona option, do not you think ?.

This Batman I also love it, although obviously to have some photos like these it is necessary to complicate life a bit and try to make a car ...

The truth is that I am surprised with the amount of things that can be done with crochet (at this step I will have to learn). Two very cool are these of Batman and Superwoman.

What would carnivals be without Spiderman? This also seems quite simple, since the mask is made with felt. Given the temperatures, you can improvise the suit with a blue body and red felt.

With this Flash Something similar happens: the suit can be made by taking a red body as a base and making the accessories with red, yellow and white felt.

In the case of Ninja Turtle, we have two options: a very easy one where in addition to the felt we would need some filling to make the shell. Again, a brown body can act as a suit. The other costume is made of crochet, and although for me it would be much more complicated to do so, the result seems beautiful.

Other characters

Finally, I could not leave out these three costumes that I found crocheted: the first one Super Mario, which is even easier if we have a blue bib. Maybe we can even get the hat and make the logo with felt.

The second is from Alice in Wonderland, and although as you can see it is woven, I think we can recreate it with a dress of the same color and a white apron.

The last one is a reindeer, although obviously we would have to change the outfit for something more warm (at this time it is easy to find options in wool quite resultonas).

Which costume would you stay with? Do you prefer to buy or make yourself the costumes of your little ones?
