Sinister (or not so much) cobwebs to decorate your home on Halloween

A little over a week ago we present some nice spiders that will surely be the sweet star of next Halloween in the little baskets that we take to the street. And today we bring a spider web that you can make at home, so that other arachnids (that candies are for eating) climb her.

But do not be afraid, because although I know that the fear of these arthropod animals is a universal fact, spiders that climb the threads are harmless (actually like most live ones). They tell us in more detail in Drawings to paint, and I anticipate that you only need black / white / brown cardboard, colors, scissors, punch, bar glue and black string.

We will have to trim the template, mount the spider by gluing both sides on the back, pierce the indicated holes with a punch, fold the tabs at the base of the web as indicated, and start knitting our string.

The eight outer holes (the same number as legs have spiders) serve of base for pieces of string that must measure half of the total length that is intended. These are tied to the cardboard by one end, and after that a longer piece is rolled in each of them forming circles that follow each other. The final knot will prevent everything from falling apart, and our cardboard spider can look hung.

A very good idea to decorate our house on Halloween, don't you think? Ah! What don't you like? Well, don't worry, because in Drawings to paint they have more 'scary' ideas.
