The children have already written their letters of Kings, and if not, it was we who have done so, noting their wishes for this Christmas. However, In all the houses the subject of the Magi has not been treated the same, and there are people, including me, who prefer to talk about them as if it were a story or legend, explaining that it is we, the aunt, the grandmother and whoever buys something, those who give them away.
It is not that we are either denying everything continuously, because sometimes inputs that they receive makes them believe in it, but if they ask us, or if we have to explain where each gift comes from, we don't lie. As I consider it a somewhat sensitive issue, I think it might be interesting to talk about it for those who have doubts about how to do it with their children.

Sandra and Rodrigo told us the following:
Wooden toys, meccano or legos are better. They develop the "do it yourself" much better. Technology hurts socialization. But some studies (even our own surveys!) The tendency is to give and ask for technology. As well as when the computer overthrew the TV and is in turn on the radio, if prohibiting is not possible, regulate and agree yes.
