Noodles with nut sauce. Recipe for pregnant women

Not only tomato sauce lives pasta. That's why we present these noodles with walnut sauce, because it is a healthy, simple and very tasty dish, and because it is a fantastic alternative to the fried tomato of the most classic sauce, which can sometimes give acidity.

The walnuts they have a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which help fight various cardiovascular diseases, also contain proteins, fiber, vitamins A, B1, B6, folic acid, calcium and magnesium.

The ingredients for 4 people

100 grams of nuts, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 1 slice of bread, 1/2 glass of milk, olive oil, 50 grams of grated cheese, 300 grams of noodles.

The preparation
